Rocket uses his brilliant tactical mind, excellent marksmanship, and very large guns against a variety of interstellar threats. He often works with—and sometimes leads—the Guardians of the Galaxy in defense of various endangered worlds. Some of his friends think Rocket might have a touch of OCD, but what raccoon doesn't wash his hands a dozen times a day?
- Your main aoe ground based move. Clears groups of enemies and slows. Useful.
- It wouldn't be a rocket build without this. Another excellent source of aoe damage.
- Your single target ability. Kills bosses and other big stuff.
- Huge damage burst and buff to your main damage source.
- He is groot. Max for damage and tank stats.
- Some dodge, an aoe passive and a cc break. Great one pointer.
- Some bonus tank in case you manage to get focused plus it gives you a good amount of defense to transfer over to groot.
- Point for minimap detect bonus and orb pickup bonus. Could put more points here if you don't care for the deflector shield and just want more crit and item find.
- movement around the map. Flying is legit.
- combat move spell. The agro shake will get enemies to focus groot and let you get the skrull computer bonuses.
- That's for if things get really hardcore. Or if you wanna blow up moons- Rocket.
- Gives our main damage source bonuses and helps with the intense amount of spirit this build can cost.

I go for a core with plus one to energy and fighting stats to get a high amount of percentage damage boosts.
Uru is energy belt. Enchant is river of the soul to help with spirit management.
Legendary is cosmic control rod. Helps with sprit and damage and with the plus 2 energy added to the 1 energy on the core our energy stat will be very high and give this build a tremendous boost.
Your battle strat- Hurl into the fray. Activate as your opener to lay down a heavy hit and gain the damage bonus. Lay down some aoe with and then proceed to spam either in group scenarios or in boss engagements.
Work in for extra huge bursts of damage. Don't forget to juke with when necessary to keep the agro on groot and so you can maintain your skrull computer bonuses.
