The ABSOLUTE build- both for PVP and PVE

I have been using this build for a month now and I can say that it works very well. This build is for maximum DPS output for PVP and PVE. Gangster Paradise isn't used right away at all times, so I took a point off it for other skills. You can leave it at 1 if you want, but that would be tough for PVE. In Colo, Gangster Paradise does not help much when you get jumped by 5 people. Max Deadly Blow because it is your main KSing skill when you can't use Dark Illusion. Many times I couldn't get a kill with it because a Deadly Blow level 1 can't be spammed due to the fact that it's only 17%, while level 5 is 25%. I am not afraid to lose DPS because I use Deadly Blow with random combo points thanks to the fact that the damage is always going to be equal or better to Double Attack. You can't use Deadly Blow randomly at level 1 because you lose out on damage if you use it with 1 or no combo point at all, and the boost for 2-3 combo points Deadly Blow is pretty negligible. Dark Illusion needs to be only level 1 because you can only use it for so many times in one round. Plus, timing a Dark Illusion perfectly is enough to KS. Level 5 Dark Illusion is an overkill and a waste of skill points. Poison and Mark of Death is a must for competent Rogues, 'nuff said. Crescent Moon doesn't see much use, so leave at 1 and Dirty Plan is there when you need to use it again ASAP. Dropping someone is just going to get you KSed. Remember to always use Master Red Pots to fully maximize your damage output. A Rogue without using his attack buff to the max is only half a Rogue.

As for your stats, 51 Str/ 27 Agi/ 3 Vit. Max Str for maximum poison DoT damage and to max the bonus from Unstable Doping.
