So I built this spec with 2300 Support Power keep in mind.

I passed up Protection probes due to interrupt armor nerf coming in as well as that probes DO NOT stack with warriors defense grid. Lastly Medic DPS in my opinion still is not in a great state and many healing medics are often being asked to run with Empowering Aura because of it.

This build allows the Medic to run with Rejuv, an amazing skill and if you talk with your team you can actually get 2 up at the same time if they coordinate and not pop it right away.

You get the focus recovery that I originally overlooked but have decided it is in fact a huge upgrade to take. Since we have already used our amps for support power and there is no where else in the tree to get more of it you should take the focus regen so that you need LESS runes in it.

Once reaching 3.00/sec regen you can replace most if not all other regen runes ( that i had in at the time ) with insight or support power. I gained 50-75 more support power by doing this.

Cool down reduction is very useful for some of the longer cd abilities like Rejuv, flash, etc... This makes abilities like Flash go from 15 sec to 13, rejuv 30 to 26, etc.

    ABILITY POINTS
    ___________________________________________________________________________

T8 Emission - Tier 8 is 100% mandatory IMO. The free heals when you are low plus the extra tick for landing all three is just so efficient.

T0 Shield Surge - I use Base for a reason. I always swore by T4 and in some situation that IS better... however for longevity and healing tanks I have actually found it better to use base. I was tipped off to this by a guilmate and am very appreciative of it. At base I will not increase mitigation to 100% which might sound great... but then you are left spamming emission for actuators when they don't need to be healed. It essentially wastes focus. I find myself OOM much faster in fights with T4 SS plus SS builds A LOT of threat. Running T0 I only use it when the tank has 0 shields. I emission in between to keep HP topped up. This feels more fluid and more cost effective in the end.

T8 Mending Probes - This is just awesome in every way possible. It is a heal that ticks for over 1,000 and they can run around with it without you chasing them down to heal them. On high movement this helps, oh phase changes, or high damage times it can be a life saver. not to mention detonating them creates large splash healing.

T5 Flash - Its always good to have an instant cast AoE heal. In addition it will pop your mending probes for extra healing AND at T4 each tick of emission reduces the CD of Flash making it more viable. Some people use Crisis wave instead but that has no real synergy with Shield Surge and its focus cost + Actuators makes it undesirable. I go to T5 with Flash because the one point gives more bank for the buck on Flash than on Shield surge and rejuv they would have to stand in it for it to be better which cannot always happen and its not good to rely on others accommodating to your healing. The same goes for field probes. Recharge only gives a very very small upgrade to focus gained but nothing to spell power or the CD.

T0 Rejuv - I use Rejuv on some fights. Others I change it out with CC break, Purge, etc. This is a variable ability depending on the fight. Rejuv is a great ability to use on stack fights or fights where the tank will not be moving a whole lot.

T0 Emp Orbs - Also another situational ability. I try to keep this on all the time in raids and dungeons though if i can afford it. This will help the whole run go faster.. I would not waste points in it though. 10% damage is fine and unless you get T4 its not worth the points. Even if you did go T4 i feel its not really worth 3% crit and everyone should be at the strikethrough by raiding.. if not Espers usually run T8 Storm for it which is way better than our orbs.

T0 Recharge - Always, always, always. This ability is a must have. Start using it as soon as you are casting abilities. It not only returns focus but also increases your support power by 15% for 10 sec on a 45s CD ( 38 with cd reduction ) I don't bother putting points into it because I am not a hybrid spec i don't use it for others and it would take too many points away from other things to get it higher. It would ruin the synergy of the spec.

T0 Field Probes - Another variable ability I use. Often times if I am using Rejuv I am also using field probes. I drop Field probes then Rejuv directly on top of it so that it heals for 20% more, combined that with Mending probes and emission spam with recharge support power increase and your group will be doing pretty good for stack fights.
