Party Support
Use to grant party member protection also tiered for party heal. Then hit them with to get your party damage reduction, you some shields, while increasing your threat. If necessary, pull them off party members with and then then start Attack Rotation. With the healing, CC's and Threat increase with and you should be getting all the attention. With your gimp heals and party members now able to cast / attack you should be fine.
