This build is intended to get the most out of an Esper's close combat capabilities. Note that this build will not be viable at low to mid levels.

The characteristics of the build are as follows:

    Notes:

1: You will be attacking very quickly, much faster than the typical
    --->
    rotation.

2: You will be camping your Psi to land a 4 or 5 point
, after which you'll be landing hits even faster!

3: You will be relying on Lifesteal to stay alive at close range with skills like
    ,
    and
    .

4: You can be kited more easily - your closers are not as good as true melee classes.

5: If you intend to use this spec for PVE, I recommend swapping
    with
to apply Interrupt debuffs and remove Interrupt Armor.

    6:
should be used to GTFO, given its long cooldown.

    Amps:

    1: Unlock
as soon as you can as you need the extra Lifesteal and extra attacks.

    2: After you get
, unlock Slow it Down ASAP, as you really need to stay on target and do have enough attacks to keep the snare up continuously.

3: Famine is also a must have, as the sheer number of attacks you will put out means you'll be able to keep the Expose debuff up all the time.

4: Power Hitter is mandatory - since you'll be hitting a lot, you'll be critting often and having plenty of uptime on the Moxie buff.

5: Reckful is a good (but not mandatory) choice as you will always be trying to land a 5 point
    .

6: You are going to get hurt with this build, so taking 100% Health AMPs like Superiority or Figment is contraindicated.

7: Based on how Refund works it can be either worthless or borderline OP with
    .

After this, you can spec however you like, though any Utility AMPs that help you stay on top of your target is recommended, especially for PVP.
