Explaning my build
I decided to use soothe as a builder as i could tier it to 8 to reduce the cast time aswell as benefit from a dot heal. With the long cast time of mind over body it might give higher hps to heal with a lower cast time soothe even on single target healing - depending on final numbers with the dot pushing it ahead over mind over body.
I choose Collective Will as i lack raid healing in this spec so i choose to use my psi points on a aoe heal to even out my build. In raid situations, usually the tanks wont require the use of spamming builders and spamming psi finishers to keep them up in most fights, even more so if other healers are healing them aswell. So collectve will is a definite for me here.
I think phantasmal armor is a must have ability for life saving tank. If your are a designated tank healer which in most cases you will be - this is defo a move you need incase the tanks mess up or you need a break to use meditate for mana. Low cdr which is lessened in amps make this a must have in my opinion.
Mirage is a big heal and can be placed during a downtime in fights so when the fight gets tougher - the tank has this option. You can also place it at the start of figths. - Very good cd and high heal used for people when they mess up - easy to see so if people die and this is on the field - their fualt.
Warden helps give more aoe healing to your build, i put it to tier 8 so i benefit from the tier 4 damage decrease which has a high uptime as the cd is so low - reduced by amps making this have even more uptime aswell as tier 8 cd giving mass absorb which is great in aoe fights or simply preparing targeting for high damage.
Cartharis is a dispell and in most games healer needs dispells. It also provides a heal so depending on fights this is a must have for healers.
Meditate: In my opinion this is a must have for esper healers. As i have choosen not to get fixation due to the amount of points i would have to waste in the utility tree to get it, this is a must. The low cd to how much focus it restores gives you massive amounts of regen. Using this during downtimes or times where you have warden and/or Amror uo make this a lovely ability to have.
Projected Spirit: Personally im not a major fan of this, jumping ahead in a raid into god knows what may make this a bad choice - the heal is ok but if i have to change someting off my buid - this would be it. Ok to get out telegraphs and heal jumping late"as in when everyone else is there already" into a predesignated area to provide an aoe heal. Personally i dont rate this highly.
Explaining my amps:
Ok so most of are saying "WTF" - no i am not crazy.
I chose a crit build - seeing how i think most of my roles will be tank healing this will do nicely. I dont know if crit will effect things like "warden" etc but if it does then i think it will be our most useful stat - which means we wanna stack it.
To gain this crit i went into assualt and also hybrid to get alot. I also picked up increased healing when i sprint - handy to sprint a half second to gain increased healing. Easy choice for me.
Why i didnt go down utility to get fixation - to many points wasted on increasing sprint speed and increasing my shields - rather use those points in crit and i think using my cds well with my current build will mean i have no use for fixation.
Ofcourse until i see the end stats for each amp i cant finally decide but i think this will be the meta. Crit - CDR - sacrificing deflection heal and others for it.
