does damage and healing. Tier 4 almost removes the cooldown. With both AMPs, your damage crits and healing crits generate Spell Power! Potential for huge uptime on Healing Aura AMP, which applies a HoT to 4 allies after using a Spell Surged ability.
Dual Fire also applies a Strikethrough buff and debuff. That's more deflect and strikethrough for your tanks, which is great. Additionally, your damage dealers could gear around the buff to min/max their DPS. Along with Withering Magic (Spell Surged hits reduce magic resist), massive utility for a healer.
Tier 8 for the interrupt armor. Switch these tier points around depending on fight.
Also, you have gunslinger in your amps and no assault abilities on your bar. I'm pretty sure that doesn't work with Duel Fire, but I could be wrong. If anyone knows I'd like to know. This is definitely a interesting build to play around with.
Also...noticed you left an ability off. Might want to throw in Arcane shock for an interrupt, or another heal, or possibly even Affinity for a heal boost?
This build excites me. I'm gonna give it a try. It really reminds me of the Justicar/Shamicar builds from RIFT that let you top both DPS and HPS charts at the same time. Don't know if this has that same potential, but it does look to make a pretty solid off healer/damager for raid groups.
Damn good game theory. I've been trying it out and level 15 so far. It's an alright leveler. I will have to wait until I am level 25 however. Would the Cooldowns AMPs be good for this bulid as well?

Honestly for raiding I would do a T8 sustain instead of the shield.
