Summary
This build focuses on making a pure DPS engy for raids. Many of the abilties and AMPs focus on maximizing damage and generating as much volatility as possible. The sweet spot for this build is between 30-70 volatility so using abilities to stay between that point is recommended.
Ability
Use Dash Rolls + Bio Shell to generate volatility!
While between 30-70 volatility the AMPs Volatility Rising and Extra Hurtin' will be in effect for more volatility regen and armor piercing.
Use instant cast as often as possible while between 30-70 volatility. This also has the side effect of lowering the targets armor resistance so that your other physical damaging abilities hit harder.
This move also generates 30 extra volatility.
Use when above 70 volatility to between 30-70. This allows Bio Shells cast to stay instant while also lowering its Cooldown.
Whenever you crit use
Keep up as often as possible for the Tier 4 effect to stay active.
Pop before using your most powerful abilities for the extra critical chance.
and is for burning through Interrupt Armor or for Add CC.
Use Innate Eradicate Exosuit when near full volatility and then dump all of it with Bolt Caster and Bio Shell spam.
Mainly used pulse for the t8 increased damage by 9.5%. If you cycle that between rotations of bio shell and bolt caster spam you tend to do more dmg. YOu might even be able to drop volatility rising amp if you gain too much volatility quickly with this setup
Are you having volatility issues with reckless dash and bio shell? What's the point of pulse blast? For AoE packs? If so, then why not just swap between an Elec Build for AoE and Caster for when you're single targetting?
So one of the things, i've started to do with this is swap out Bolt Caster for using electrocute when in a group. When I do the swap, I normally drop the Pulse Blast from T8, to T4 as well so I can bump Electrocute up to T8. A buddy of mine said I was doing more dmg that way. I dunno if there have been any major changes to the abilities recently but those situational changes seem to really help.
i felt more for dung and adv but depending on your raid setup this might be one of the more beneficial dps builds. I feel like the quick hitting attacks of a electrocute build might be more advantageous with on hit proc gear in a raid. Play what you like the numbers game needs more testing before we can get a good idea of which is better in a raid setting
