This build stacks up a different approach of damage then the usual builds and is not easy to manage out. If you run fast-paced combat games, you should get the trick, old school MMOers should stop reading here (Macros won't save you).
The old situation of Dual Shock and Atomize was that you could use both at once when a crit procced. This is gone. If a crit procs a mark will be placed that you can use to consume for either Dual Shock or Atomize. However, if you get a lot of crits in the field going and the timing well down you can clip out long animations like the Empowering Probes or Fissure (or even Paralytic Surge if you get the timing down for the situation and a mark is open to be consumed and either of the powers are of CD).
To maximize crit procs I'm using Annihilation. The base damage of the power is a bit sub-par but in combination of triggering multiple proc-windows its damage in addition with a DS or A (Dual Shock / Atomize) is above anything you know. Its a free burst tick everytime you have the proc and the power rdy to go. Thats why I also tried to scrapp some time form the Cooldown by going down the AMPs. Its not much, each a second around. still, over the long-term a benefit. I ran it against the usual loadouts and can confirm, if you have the rotation use down, anything that is known until here will be behind you. Empowering Probes dont even make the situation better. Be selfish and place yourself a bit away form the other DPS so it only goes up for you, however I recommend to stick by them and be a teamplayer, they don't stand a chance anyway.
You don't want to clipQuantum Cascade, this will not work as the animation will only trigger the damage after its being played. Use it in combination with EP, Fissure and Annihilation. Always remember its 5 long seconds you have to consume the mark. If both crit proc abilities go out of balance it doesnt matter, the better. An idea would be to kill Paralytic Surge for Collider but in PvE you need the interrupt. Damage-wise its an additional increase as Colliders animation is LONG
