    Priorities are as follows:

    1.
    when under 25% suit power(energy)

    2.
    when under full suit power

    3.
    keep on CD

    4.
keep on CD but be aware of where you're placing it, try to place it some place you'll be standing in for about 8 seconds.

    5.
    when
    and
are on CD and you're above 25% suit power

is your taunt for when you need something to attack you and not your party

are for utility, collapse is excellent when trying to manage mob placement and it also removes 1 stack of interrupt armor

    Stealth>Frenzy>Steadfast>Nano Virus>Amp Spike>

    Deflect

This is strictly look at the build and excluding any gear or buff from other players.

From your AMPs you already have a base of 7% deflect

With steadfast you gain an 80% deflect chance bring you to 87% deflect, this is pretty much a guaranteed deflect on the next incoming hit so you wont have that extra 80% for long

Nano Virus gives an extra 5% and Amp spike gives you another 9% so excluding steadfast since you wont normally have on you for more than a second or two you are now at 21% deflect chance

Now that everything is on CD only thing left to do is Frenzy, and while you're channeling Frenzy you gain an extra 12% deflect bringing the total to 33% deflect, meaning if you play correctly you will deflect 1 out of every 3 incoming attacks and that isn't even including the deflect you gain from levels or from gear
