    The tier 4 on Discharge and Paralytic Surge are flexible. Against named mobs I generally drop the extra tiers on stun for more damage on annihilation. And sometimes I drop the tier on Dishcharge for tier 8 Fissure. Mobs that do more white damage I put mending probes to tier 4 for the extra HoT's not the detonate.



    Short Explanation cause I'm in a rush. Everything else fits together really well for a smooth rotation with minimum downtime regenerating cores.
