Update 04/07/2014 - AMPs
This build is a basis for the medic. You can change two spells, but the essential for a medic is there.
Abilities
T4 - the spammer, you must use at least t4 for additional damage.
T8 - Really good damage and T8 will allow you to inflict more damage
T4 - For the expose (-16% tech resist for 12s) and 1 actuator refund
T5 - Minimum T4 for the expose ( +25% damage dealt and +3% crit hit chance and Striketrought for 10s)
base - Damage and heal you and your mates. You can swipe with if you want to be more aggressive
base - When the target is below 30% of life. This spell is a good source of damage with two charges
and Base - The stun is always useful to prevent an incomming heal or someone who flees and a break free from all CC.
AMPs
Contrary to build "burst & mobility", "The Basic" is more conventional. You have very little chance to kill your opponent in 1 vs 1, but this is not the goal either.
You must follow the pack! Stay close to your friends so they can benefit from your heals and your 8% crit but far enough away not to be focus.
As soon as you are too far from your teammates or they focus you .. run run run. unless they are low HP;) We're not pussies
With the following Amps you have AOE (QC and Meltdown) and DOT (Chemical burn) damages and even direct damage which restores you life.
Assault - The goal is to reach Meltdown without losing too much of a point. So you have to skip on normally essential spells.
- 3 points in AP in the T1
- Empowering Aura and Core damage T2 (I replaced In flux in the assault branch by Scalpel in the hybrid A/S branch)
- Meltdown T3
Hybrid A/S - All points in T1
- 3 points in Crit hit and 3 Crit hit severity T1
Hybrid A/U - The goal is to get the DOT (Chemical Burn) With your crit rate high,Chemical Burn will almost always be constant on the target. The DOT are really boring to manage in wildstar since players rarely use dispels.
- 3 points pvp offense T1
- 2 points life steal (Scalpel also works with this spell. Except that in this case you win the support power) T1
- Stay with me and Antigen T2
- Chemical Burn T3

Don't forget to use to maintain Scalpel and Chemical Burn on your target.
Play with the elements of the game, hide, run away, come back ..... with this kind of build you can easily be the first at damage done and kill.

I almost stopped playing the Medic because I wasn´t able to get a working build together. Then I saw this, tried it and it´s awesome. Big Like!
Very similar build to a PvE raid dps Medic.
