Here is a build design for leveling pretty safely.
It allows you to take a bunch of mob easely w/o getting too much hit.
Engage the fight casting *2, then .
Once mob start to come to you, cast and try to trap most of monster in, land .
Right after use Spectral Form, launch 1-2 then a (should be at 5 with SF)
Most of monster are already dead now, if not, you can now cast , so it will get all the agro you were building till now.
You can finish them off now :)
For healing, you have T4, and the AMP bonus.
(You also can grab some medkit, but swarm+bolster should be far enough if you are doing fine with the skill order)
Have fun grinding and leveling :)

looks good cant wait to test it out. I was having a little bit of a tough time surviving on some quests.

It should work like this yes, but atm, it seems getting over your own agro. (tested a lot of time with a threatmeter on)
Broken or wrong tooltip i dunno? Atm Geist take it all.
Let see if they will change it later. If it is really broken, then, just swap geist with a crush CC (should give you enough time to finish mob off)
