    The

What we're looking to accomplish with this build is pretty simple. We want high critical strike and critical severity for maximum useage of Breaching Strikes keeping our Kinetic Energy as high as possible at all times as well as near 100% uptime on Expose, increasing everyone's damage by 9%. With our AMPS increasting critical strike by 6% and critical severity 12%. Assuming a 20% critical strike and 30% chance for Breaching Strikes to have no cooldown we should have this ability as one of our top damage abilities and assiting in keeping Kinetic Energy up high for Laceration(AMP) and Kinetic Fury(AMP) to be in effect. Our big Kinetic Energy spender is Power Strike, with its huge damage and chance to get reset via Relentless Strikes, this will be a largest source of damage done.

    Indepth look
    Kinetic Energy builders:
Relentless Strikes: basic builder. Everything else is on CD, mob isnt knocked down, out of KE. T8 for CD reset chance
Breaching Strikes. Your heavy hitting builder and the focus of the build. T8! ignores 70% armor which is huge and 30% chance to not have a cd. with enough crit it'll proc itself!

    Kinetic Energy Spenders:
Augmented Blade: OFF GCD (iirc) Buff to your next attack.
Leap: Hard hitting opener. hang back, let the tank get that threat, jump in and unleash hell. baseline. Also useful for maintaining uptime after a transition phase or dodging a tele.
    Kick: Break that IA!
    Ripsaw. Keep the dot ticking
Smackdown: Wonderful little dps boost for you and your group

    AMPS

    Assault
    -- T3 Assault power... duh
-- T3 Crit strike... basis of this build is to crit often.
-- T3 Crit severity... Crit harder!! RAWR!
-- Power Hitter: Critting gives 25% increased crit severity for 10sec. stacks 3x. Aiming for 100% uptime.
-- Lacderate: Keep those dots ticking
-- Bloodlust: For that all important.. HOLY SHIT WERE DEAD BUT KILL THIS FUCKER (aka execute) phase.
-- Armor Shred: Landing a hit has a 50% chance to grant ~9% resistance reduction for 15sec on a 20second ICD. Debuffs Debuffs Debuffs!
-- Kinetic Fury: Empower buffs while above 500/750 KE. This build isnt meant to build and dump to 0. its meant to build and stay high.

    Hybrid Assault/Support
-- T3 Strikethrough: "chance to strike through an opponent’s shields" cause fuck yer shield and lets us get to the next one
-- Kinetic Burst: Quickly get that KE up to max and keep it there. 8second ICD lines up well with most of our builders.

    Utility
-- T3 CD Reduction. Shorter CDs are always delicious!

    Hybrid Utility/Assault
-- T2 Armor pierce: "All damage you deal ignores this percent of your target's Armor" Fuck yer armor! t2'd cause im out of points =(

    Final

If we find that were capping out Kinetic Energy faster than we can spend it, points can easily be dropped from CDR and Armor pierce to pickup Radiate.

On fights with incoming heavy aoe damage where healers need help or raid CDs are needed we will drop Ripsaw, Augmented Blade, or Smackdown (if another warrior is bringing it) in favor of Defense grid. If both incoming aoe damage is heavy and there is a need for heavy aoe damage to be done, we drop Augmented Blade for Defense grid and pickup Whirlwind. possibly moving some tier points around to boost this up a bit.
