LAS
-Builders
~ Telekinetic Strike - T8 for the extra point ever 3rd.
~ Concentrated Blades - Baseline. Secondary Filler- used 2x on CD
~ Haunt - T4 Initial Cast for the magic debuff. used on CD!
~ Spectral Swarm - T1
-Spenders
~ Mind Burst - T8! The only spender for the empower buff. Keep100% uptime on the empower buff.
-Utility
~ Crush - Baseline. Break that IA!
~ Restraint - Baseline. AOE Root/Dot. This would be the first drop depending on whats needed.
~ Projected Spirit - Baseline. Small heal and movement. Used when healing is needed and you need to move as a group.
*all utility abilities can be swapped in and out due to comp make-up and needs.*
AMPS
-Assault
~ T3 Assault Power
~ Follow Through. Landing a finisher grants an AP buff.
~ The Power! Landing a crit grants 30% moxie for 3 seconds. This may be moved as 3 seconds is insanely short. (probably swapped for Superiority)
~ Reckful. Landing a 5 point assault finisher increases crit severity by ~39% (MASSIVE) for 5 seconds.
~ Spectral Swam. To unlock the ability
~ Quick Response. Landing a crit finisher reduces CDs by 55%. 15second ICD. Basically every other finisher drops cds by 55%. Sounds amazing. We will see...
-Hybrid Assault/Support
~ T3 Crit hit
~ T3 Crit Severity
~ No Pain No... Taking damage has a 5% chance to generate a psy point. Filler basically.
~ Tactician. Dashing Grants 4% magic damage done for 5 seconds. Make up for our slight lack of mobility. Also kind of filler
~ B-I-N-G-O. the reason for the filler! Landing a crit with a builder has a 33% chance to grant 2 psy points. More points. More finishers. More deeps!
-Utility
~ T2 Dash regen. 14% dash regen increase
The
Moxie and Finesse being esper's main stats. AP and Crit/Crit severity. The amps are looking to boost both. Stacking crit gives more psypoints for faster finishers.
The rotation... This is VERY hard to theorycraft simply due to the variables from the amps. But its a very simple concept.

Telekinetic Strike as needed till 5.
Mind Burst
Fill with Telekinetic Strike as needed with CD'd abilities used on CD.
Spectral
As a general rule Spectral form is used whenever possible but there are a few conditionals.
Dont stop a Telekinetic Stike or Haunt cast to pop into SF.
Dont pop into Spectral Form at 5 psy points (you waste the initial point gain)
Dont pop into Spectral Form if you need to move in the immediate future as dash may not get you where you need to go
Concentrated
Blades target the NEAREST enemy. So be mindful that they may not hit the boss if adds are closer.
Blades also will not manifest if not actively in combat or in range of a target but the charge will still be expended.
