First off, there is a lot of play as far as builds and amps for pvp with the warrior. A lot. This build is around 3 main themes (this is 1 of my arena builds I mainly use, works really well in all 3 groups):
1. Gap closing, slows and interrupts
2. Self heals, escapes
3. Making Power Strikes your bitch. (which has a short cd now)
1. As a warrior, you need to be sticky like white rice and glue. This build gives you plenty of that. Grapple is great since not only does it pull 2 noobs to you, it also applies a root. +1 sticky points for you. Leap, as I've explained before, leap is almost a staple for the warrior. It closes the gap, does dmg, helps you escape AND breaks most cc's at t4. Tremor, yes it has a knockback, BUT its only 20m which isn't that much; the main awesome sauce of this ability is it knocks you on your assbum = interrupt. t4= 2 charges = 2 insta crits + 2 interrupts + I catch up to you and tea bag you hard. (yeah, tremor is beast in arena) Last is Ripsaw, which is a snare + dot. A 35% snare on top of your awesome amp that snares derps which is great. The dmg is meh, but the snare and constant dmg gives it a lot of weight, especially since dots are EXTREMELY useful in pvp (in every aspect, but especially pvp. Another reason I like radiate as it helps with the dot dmg. Lastly, speed. Hot nasty speed. With the dash + swiftness amps means I'm going to mow your ass down. Constantly. Oh what's that? you are a medic and think you are fancy with your stun? (See #2)
2. With the importance of teams having to do kiting, clutch and positioning, a warrior has to be quick moving, and able to harass and subdue. With that, like any melee class you will be taking butt loads of dmg and cc. That's why bust out amp + unstoppable force works so well together. Not only is it a huge hot every 30 secs, but it also applies to point #1. As a warrior, if I'm cc'd, especially stunned, I can't throw my sword at you, and my arm cannon is weaksauce, so the quicker I get out of said cc, the quicker I'm back on you. Especially for those moments when your health is below 20% and you stun me and take off running like a bi....you know. %20 hp recovery every 4 sec per 30 sec not only is a lot of health recovery, it helps your healer out. Which we want to help our heals out. Also, because us warriors are melee, we get a sexy stance to help out for those moments when we need to recoop. Stance dancing is awesome again. Works good for stalkers as well.
#3 Damage. This build revolves around burst dmg. It is very difficult to maintain your KE above 750, and nearly impossible to maintain it in arenas. So I like burst and lots of crit. Breaching Strikes is amazing for pve when you have lots of sustained dmg and more chances at crit, not so much in arenas. So power strikes becomes my go to. With t8 relentless strikes (20% chance to reset power strikes and tremor strikes cd!!!!!!!, and some help with not being able to get it up; your ke that is) Your burst dmg will be alternating between tremor strikes and powerstrikes. Both hurt your opponent really bad. And since your opponent is going nowhere, pop that innate and with your bloodlust amp finish him.
