Full build has never been attempted. (will when I have a Lv 50 char)
This is a combination of nice to haves with a good tank in charge of an encounter or for distance heals in PVP.
I left out due to the AMP's Focus Cost III, Focus Recovery III and Running on Empty.
If you do run out of focus quickly hold back a bit especially after running on Empty kicks in.
