edit: since I got a couple extra amp points, I picked up tremor for big aoe fights. It hits up to 10 foes, and can put my sweet, sweet debuffs on all of them.

Breaching strikes is a funny beast. if its up, I can cast it, and cast something else while its animation is still going and do damage with both. It works well for me.

Guide is lacking detailed information about the abilities, all you have written in the description is rotation. Breaching Strikes isn't even worth using since you can use tier 8 relent to proc rampage for maximum damage, better switch it out for a different ability.
Overall this is a poop doody mcdaddy PvE build and learn to know when a guide was made for fun/troll. Exile pussy scum small nut sack weenie :)
