    Basically with this build you will spam
    until you get to around 50-60 Volatility then cast
    . This should put you up to 80 Volatility. Once you've casted
    you will cast
    with precise aim you should be able to keep your energy up until the next
    and will only have to cast
    to get yourself back to the 60 volatility cushion.

    I've gone at times a good minute or two where I did not have to cast
    but you're going to want to cast it here and there to keep up the 9.5% dmg increase.
