- 1.) Moxie = Assault Power
- 2.) Finess = Crit / Crit Severity
- 3.) Brutality = Strikethrough / Crit Severity
Strikethrough
- Strikethrough cap is 14% for Raid bosses, but some other factors need to he considered:
-- a.) +3% from AMP's w/ Assualt T1 Strikethrough III (cap is 11%)
-- b.) +8% (2% per stack) if the Esper is using T8 Telekinetic Storm (cap is 6%)
-- c.) +5% from Warriors deflect debuff aura (cap is 9%)

- 1.) Fire = Moxie, Crit (Assault Power w/ Rune Fragments)
- 2.) Fusion = Assault Power
- 3.) Life = Crit
- 4.) Logic = Moxie, Crit
- 5.) Water = Strikethrough, Finess
- 6.) Air = Moxie
- 7.) Earth = Brutality
* Sets:
- Spellweaver 12/12 = (2 Fire, 2 Water, 1 Life)
-- (4) Increases Magic damage dealt by 1%, grants a chance to apply an expose for 5.0s when landing a hit. Expose: Reduces Magic Resistance by 240
-- (8) Increases Magic damage dealt by 1.5%, grants a chance to apply an expose for 5.0s when landing a hit. Expose: Reduces Magic Resistance by 360
-- (12) Increases Magic damage dealt by 2%, grants a chance to apply an expose for 5.0s when landing a hit. Expose: Reduces Magic Resistance by 480
- Assassin 12/12 = (2 Fire, 2 Logic, 2 Life)
-- (4) Increases Assault Power by 8 and grants a 25% chance to deal an additional 20 physical damage when landing a hit on a foe below 30% health.
-- (8) Increases Assault Power by 16 and grants a 25% chance to deal an additional 30 physical damage when landing a hit on a foe below 30% health.
-- (12) Increases Assault Power by 32 and grants a 25% chance to deal an additional 40 physical damage when landing a hit on a foe below 30% health.
** Note: the best combination is 12/12 Spellweaver and 12/12 Assassin. However, if you do not have enough rune slots for both then choose to fill out Spellweaver first.
