    You still have an interrupt, a CC break, and some beast single target damage. This is for when Bio Shell gets fixed.

    Change some of the points around for higher DPS. Picked up Reckless Dash. Got target acquisition for testing.

    . No volatility generation issues after Bio Shell fix. This will bring a little more DPS.

    *7/17 Edit* Grabbed the dash regen and dropped 8% crit severity. Overall DPS gain for Bolt Caster. WTB 2 more AMP points.
