The best raid electrocute build.
The AMPs count on the Esper's deflect debuff being up on the boss so that your deflects are still low.
When Parsing it seems to be a 200-300 dps increase to have the Volatile Armor over the 3/3 Strikethrough and 1/3 Life Steal AMPs.
Really easy rotation. Energy Auger->Elec->Elec->EA while mixing in cooldowns and off GCD abilities.
This build counts on Bio Shell still being broken as of the latest patch on 5/21/14.
can also be swapped with depending on what the fight needs.
You can also change to Base and get T4 for an extra interrupt.

*6/19 edit* Quick Burst is garbage tier, added points into .
*6/27 edit* Changed around some AMPS to show my current build with strikethrough included.
*7/5 edit* Swapped around some ability points for the highest AoE DPS. Pop Dim Bot's Strobe on larger packs of mobs. Still pretty decent for single target, but Bolt Caster is still higher.
*7/8 edit* Grabbed forceful impact to crush meters.
*7/17 Edit* Changed around some AMP points. Was getting around 0% deflects and had nominal DPS gain from Forceful Impact in raids. Switched to Armor Pen for a more consistent 2.5%~ish dps gain.
