General

I wanted an engineer build that could burst... while bursting. You know what I mean? A build that could sustain his DPS with a possible once upon a time burst to take the others off guard. Now, planning a PVP build isn't all about damage. A big part of PVP reside in the survivability of your character and if all you do is fire a gun there's a big chance you won't succeed.
So, I looked through the skills for some time and thought about this build which I think is both good for dishing a lot of damage as well as landing some CC support.

Abilities

Basic volatility builder, nothing special here, just need to keep between 30-70 volatility.
It's a CRIT/BURST build, so this should be one of your main damaging ability. Pop it whenever it's up.
Now that is the reason you want to be between 30-70 volatility for it to be an instant cast, you should not use it otherwise or your damage output will drop. There's more, you see, this baby here hit like a truck AND debuff your enemies so your other abilities hit like trucks too, use it often.
This one is rather cool, it doesn't benefit from the Bio Shell debuff(BS) but still pack a punch and reduce the CD of BS by 0.5s for each missile hit. Use it only when BS is in CD to maximize its potential. By the way, this is your volatility dumper.
This skill is rather awesome, it should be used just before the biggest burst of them all. You know, when you see that all you CD are over and you're ready to kiss your enemy goodbye? Well, just before doing it, throw this one.
The first CC you get. It's overall pretty good but it's still a basic stun. Use it wisely.
Trinket! Who doesn't want one? Plus, it grants you an awesome absorb for 10s. The 20 sec CD shouldn't be ignored though. Don't waste your trinket, child!
Not the best CC, but still is one. This skill if timed well can either save you from a dangerous situation or ensure the success of your personal perilous endeavour. Keep in mind that it is nearly useless on classes that have use telegraphs since they can still spam them in hope of hitting you or your team.

AMP

The AMP build here reside in reaching the maximum damage output, in theory.
Volatility Rising and Reckless Dash are essential. They allow you to fill your volatility quite fast and keep high for the majority of the fight.

Challenges

This build provides a lot of burst damage but juggles between 2 types of volatility management.
On one hand, you have
which does more damage with 80+ volatility.
On the other, you have
which is instant between 30-70 volatility.
It shouldn't be that hard, but you should manage your volatility depending on what the NEXT skill will be.

Make

Open a fight with :
until 30 volatility
Chain it with a :
Continue with :
which will be instant cast!
Then : Back to step one.
Now you need to use your judgement for the next skills.
Use it whenever it pops up, it's free anyway.
This should be use when you want a fairly quick burst or when you want to lower your volatility for an instant
YOU SHOULD NOT, NEVER, GO BELOW 30 VOLATILITY.
Use
as an interrupt, people kind of master stun mechanics quickly, don't rely on it too much.
Use
as an out of jail card
Use
just before unleashing a big burst, this should help you land it.
