    With the Gunslinger change and now that
    procs it I have removed Surge Damage and replaced it with Gunslinger.

    Also, since Trigger Fingers currently bugs out the cooldown of
    and the visuals of all the other spells I have removed it and taken Power Surge instead.

    The rotation is the same as all the other T8
    w/
    builds.


    For the 3 open slots you can interchange whatever is needed for the fight.
