Radiate vs Kinetic Burst
Radiate offers about 300 dps when skilled. However it is hard to hit the 1000 KE every 5 seconds, cutting Radiate's uptime. Kinetic Burst helps greatly with uptime. With it you can maintain up to 12 stacks and >750 KE. Also it is on the way to grab Overwhelming Presnece another key AMP in this build.
Why Overwhelming Presence?
Droping Power Link from the default LAS frees 10 AMP points. While those points could be used to increase personal DPS, it is just about 200 DPS. Instead one can use those points to grab Overwhelming Presence, which greatly buffs raid dps :)
