I prefer SS Healing, but there are definitely encounters and group makeups that require more CW healing. This is the build I use when that is the case, but my preferred build is Medic PvE SS Healing.

Stack Support Power (Insight) and Crit Hit (Moxie).

Keep
and
up to help your entire group.

is your aggro drop/get me out of this ability.

With 2000+ Support Power, spamming
will do a great job of keeping the group alive, but just in case you can push out
or
to help as well.

You will want to use
every 8s if possible for the Tier 4 damage mitigation it provides.

Dont forget that when in need of big burst healing, you can use Energize (class ability) to instantly refill your Actuators so that you can cast 6 of
(because of Tier 8) or 4
back-to-back.

You can use
or
when desperately needed, but rarely will be.

The Twist: If you are running thru fights that do not last long enough to require focus conservation, then replace
8 with
8.
8 builds Actuators twice as fast. This allows you to do some small DPS, and use your big
or
heals twice as often.

Elder Gem Points
• Move 1 ability point from
and take
all the way up to Tier 8 for huge shield heals (if you can maneuver yourself into position correctly).

• Move 1 amp point from "CC Resilience 1" and build up to "Strikethrough 3", and take "Empowering Aura" and "Null Zone"
