No armor shred or and only base tier . You wont find stronger than this for pure DPS. Although your guildys wont like you topping the DPS meter in raids when your not giving them as much utility and buffs.
This build is actually better for leveling due to the utility and raid specific amps not being needed!

For a 50 who doesn't have all the elder gems how would this build look? or what would you change? I really like this build but I don't have the elder gems yet for the amps or abilities. And thank you ahead of time.
There is really no point in that due to tremor being a DPS loss and doesn't fit in any kind of DPS rotation, until drop 4 its only really used in PVP i believe. But i like your thinking!
How about taking the extra point out of life steal and putting it and another from armor pierce into tremor?
