    Combat Start: Put these up in the beginning, refresh whenever off of cool down.
    - Mending Probes - cheap healing, helps keep you going don't ever call yourself a healer though.
    - Protection Probes - Good damage reduction and interrupt armor (amp).
    - Paralytic Surge - Ok don't start with this but when the opportunity arises hit them with this for bonus damage. No matter where you are in rotation.

    Rotation: This is wide area high burst damage, careful how many you pull.
    - Devastator Probes - good range - careful not to pull more than intended or during fight.
    - Fissure - will pop Probes and hit with all three ticks for additional burst from tiering
    - Quantum Cascade (QC) x 2 on open, one therafter- Tiering gives two attacks in row at a cost of four actuators and good damage with four strikes rather than default three. The Fissure tier allows for an actuator to be recovered, end with one actuator.
    - Atomize - probably got a critical somewhere... hit them with this, hopefully finishes them off.
    - QC - Since Atomize and Fissure have returned actuators you can fire off another full burst (4).
    - Discharge x2 - just get the two actuators and hit the rotation. If waiting for cool down timer - remember Mending and Protection probes...maybe find a good opening for Paralytic Surge.

    Amps:
    - Forceps & Scalpel - Mending probes will do the healing to trigger empower and attacks will get the other bonuses. (+9% Assault & Support)
    - Empowering Aura - AOE 6% Critical chance - helps your friends.
    - Core Damage - Gain empower from using actuators, will be at max 4.5% Assault in no time...and stay there.
    - Protection Probes + Solid State - Protection probes with interrupt armor.
    - Regenerator - regenerating health is never bad
    - Armor Coating - won't happen often but still a friend maker...+8.9% armor on critical heal (go Mending Probes go!).
    - Protective Surge - Another friend maker, when ally is hit by critical you heal them for 25.8%. Can't argue with a focus free heal can we?
    - HyperCharge + Meltdown - Oh yeah! The best for last. Use Energize (innate) to do 104% damage to 5 foes and disable their shields and heal 220% shields on 5 allies. While gaining the other bonuses of Energize. Use this when in trouble, when you feel like it, when you get out of CC, it's great at anytime!
