    Introduction

Hi again. Baal here. So I've finally geared up a Stalker in PvP and had the chance to play it for a while. If you're looking for a class that you can just tilt someone into a ragequit, eliminate healers in the blink of an eye, and have some of the highest single target burst and lots of utility next to a Spellslinger, then Stalker's the class for you my friend.

    My Main LAS

    - Base (Huge damage increase on your kill target, resets on kill)
    - T8 (Suit Power spender, main source of your burst)
    - Base (Stun to CC chain after 1st Impale and Pounce root)
    - T8 (Suit Power regen source to allow for extra Impales and extra source of dmg)
    - Base (Tool to re-stealth without it breaking instantly due to a DoT)
    - Base (Another damage boost to stack w/ Analyze, the 20% LS is also super good)
    - T8 (Main source of mobility, T4 Root allows you to setup your burst rotation on target)
    - Base (Extra CC break along with Break Free)

So this LAS used to have T8 Phleb on it, but after the Matrix update released, I have entirely switched to a no overload LAS and just went with raw damage boosts and raw damage all-around. Currently with Stalkers in PvP, you can sit on a target a lot longer until you run out of Punish charges/Suit Power. Since you have a lot more uptime for damage, I switched to T8 Punish since the T4 can be abused a lot harder in this update. I'll outline the entire rotation if you're actually able to sit on a target for this long.

Pounce -> Analyze Weakness -> Bloodthirst (use Analyze/BT at the same time) -> Impale 2x -> Stagger when they start run away -> Impale -> Punish -> Impale 2x -> Punish -> Impale 2x or until Suit Power drained, then reset.

Essentially, all the rotation is basically Pouncing for the root, applying your damage amp abilities onto your target/yourself, then Impaling till you're out of SP, Punish to regen it (this is why I take T8, for the T4 debuff and increased SP regen), Impale until SP is drained, Punish again, Impale some more till SP is drained. Stalker uptime right now is absolutely disgusting and if you RNG a few crits in the whole rotation after your buffed opener, you will kill someone without issue.

    AMP Tree

The AMP tree of a Stalker is self explanatory. There are other options a Stalker can use other than my AMP tree, but I personally just went for the most damage possible to execute my targets as clean as possible since that's my mission as a Stalker in PvP. My AMP tree is not the end all be all AMP tree for PvP, but damage never lies :P.

    Assault

    Tier 1
    Assault Power 3/3
    Critical Hit Chance 3/3
    Critical Hit Severity 3/3

    Tier 2
    Brutality Mastery, Devastate, Onslaught, Precision

    Tier 3
    Battle Mastery, Fatal Wounds

    Hybrid A/U

    Tier 1
Armor Pierce 3/3, PvP Power 2/3

    Tier 2
    Assassin (VERY IMPORTANT AMP)

    Utility

    Tier 1
    Cooldowns 3/3

    Tier 2
    Balanced, Who's Next?

    Runing

I won't spend too much time on Runing due to the simplicity of runing a Stalker DPS. It's basically just stacking Crit Severity an insane amount and having some Crit Hit in there. I'll quickly list my current stats on my Stalker and then my current runes. Keep in mind, this is a very expensive way to rune but to get the most out of your Stalker, this is how it must be done.

    Current Critical Stats:
    Critical Hit Chance: 17.34%
    Critical Hit Severity: 238.94%

    Runes

    Weapon:
Bludgeon Fusion rune, 3/8 Garroter Crit Sev Runes, 4/6 Devastation (Crit Hit Rune, Crit Sev Rune)

Head: Blood Rage Fusion rune, 3/8 Garroter Crit Sev Runes, 4/6 Devastation (Crit Hit Rune, Crit Sev Rune)

Shoulders: 3/8 Garroter Crit Sev Runes, 5/6 Devastation (2 Crit Sev Devastation Runes, Crit Hit Rune)

Chest: 3/8 Garroter Crit Sev Runes, 5/6 Devastation (2 Crit Sev Devastation Runes, Crit Hit Rune)

Gloves: Punisher Fusion rune, 3/8 Garroter Crit Sev Runes, 4/6 Devastation (Crit Hit Rune, Crit Sev Rune)

Legs: 3/6 Devastation (2 Crit Sev Devastation Runes), 5/8 Garroter (2 Crit Sev Garroter Runes, 1 Crit Hit)

Boots: Quick Feet Fusion rune, 3/8 Garroter Crit Sev Runes, 4/6 Devastation (Crit Hit Rune, Crit Sev Rune)

    Ending For Now

That does it for my Stalker DPS guide for now. Gonna end it here until I have more time to add some stuff in, but that just about covers everything you need to know for Stalker DPS in PvP. Hope you enjoyed the read, have fun tilting people into a ragequit :D!
