    Introduction

Hi, I'm Cam, currently #1 NA Esper. Healing is my offspec.
Unlike my DPS guide I only use one build for healing.

    Runes

In instance these stats scale to around 1.50% FRR and 2000 FP. This is enough for you to continuously spam bolster without focus problems for the good part of a teamfight. There is a bit of crit to proc related AMPs and Intensity is kept to a minimum as Espers already have strong heals at base.

I use Break Free as my gadget.

No weapon fusion - Weapon fusions for healing are bad.
Meditation fusion - Bolster and Boon are not direct heals.
Conservation fusion - Free focus recovery
Protector - You rune crit anyway, also a nice damage reduction.
    No boot fusion - Unnecessary.

    How 2 Play

I highly recommend you go download AllySelector, I can't imagine playing without it due to the tab targeting style of Bolster. The goal is to place Bolster on everyone for good HoT, while also keeping Mental Boon up all the time (for the focus regen more than the heal, so don't worry if you cast it <5PP), and dropping Warden in good spots. Soothe I normally either cast at c1 to proc a basic heal, or c3 when I'm waiting for an enemy to initiate. Catharsis should be cast as soon as you see a debuff, Projected Spirit for when you need to move, or if your team is taking REALLY heavy damage and you need to heal them with this. Fade Out = CC Break, and Incap is your peel.
