ya I suppose its for crit rating.. but it is really worth 20 points in it ? Only 10 and you will get 10 %.. all of those skills use spirit and I rapidely run out of spirit..

got another question, which skill u r trying to make 40? PL, Imposion, of Confusion? persionally i think confuse is not worth to make 40 since i didnt work on boss,

nice build! but i got a question..why so much point in telepathic detection instead of Psychic Hammer for the stun for exemple..?
Legendary choice - Gungnir (no other options here, this is BIS legendary in all terms)
Insignia choice - O'grady (Critical Damage + Area Damage)
Ring affixes choice - Critical Raiting, Brutal Rating, Area Damage and HP
Costume affixes choice - Critical Damage rating
Your main DPS ability should be -
Phoenix charge. To achieve maximum damage, try to charge towards the wall. (Fixed in 2.33)Apply Psychic Confusion on mobs before attacking to gain increased damage (your overall damage in two times higher), doesn't work on bosses or "Ignore negative conditions" enemies.With Psychic Confusion "bug" (still wasn't fixed in 1.21) Non-Phoenix build is far superior than Phoenix version. Considering that Midtown Manhattan is the best location in terms of Unique Items/Credits/Relics and etc., Jean becoming the most powerful hero there(except bosses ofc).You should know that in party non-DoT abilites have their damage reduced (http://www.youtube.com/embed/23FO5q-HFKs) and also DoTs can not crit (That's why Power Prism Shard and Dr.Octopus medallion pretty useless).Tome of Oshtur should be your must have artifact because it will increase all damage by≈30 - 35 % (ye ye, that "50 extra damage" can be misleading).
