I consider Agamotto the be hands down, the best artifact in the game. Hence it being in so many of my builds. Damage negation, attack speed, and a free skill point. Why would you not want this on literally everybody?
I've re-tuned all my builds to have 18 in 7 powers, or 16 in 8 powers, rather than 20 in 6 powers. I've found them far more versatile, and useful than sticking to a couple skills and a mess of maxed out passives.
