When young Matt Murdock saved a blind pedestrian from a crashing truck, a radioactive isotope spilled onto him from the vehicle. The substance blinded Matt, but he soon found that his other senses were amplified to superhuman levels. He also manifested a "radar sense" that allowed him to visualize his surroundings without relying on sight.Marvel Source
As he grew up, Matt received training from the ninja master Stick. He later earned a law degree and opened an office with his friend Foggy Nelson, defending those unjustly accused of crimes. By night, he protects his home neighborhood of Hell's Kitchen from criminals and super-villains. Despite living through more personal tragedies than any man should be able to endure, Matt retains an optimistic, heroic outlook on life.
The other 1 point wonders were left that way because I felt the scaling was too horrible to justify more points.
Heroic Leap grants a passive defense bonus which isn't listed on the site yet. Just in case you were wondering why I have that stupid skill.
I use Club Throw as my basic attack. Why? Because of it's amazing single target damage, and it's 100% chance to slow unlike Club Strike or Rebounding Club, which will lead you into faster combinations into Club Sweep, which is even bigger damage even to single targets. On top of which... it is ranged for all of those instances where is is better to keep your distance, and its kiting ability. Plus along with his level of dodge, plus Pym's, I'm pretty much full spirit at all times, occasionally hitting zero on bosses, although not often. Club Sweep and Club throw are so cheap in the spirit department that you can pretty much spam away without even thinking about it.
Overall, I'm satisfied with how the build plays. It's extremely simple, and extremely easy. I won't say the 'best' with utter certainty, but definitely my favorite thus far.
Lunge for trash. Ping to Whirling to Sweep for elite crowds. Ping to Throw to Sweep for singles. Better range damage for stuff you don't want to go near than Rebounding.
I chose Rhino for the crit boost to Lunge which helps out a little bit for 1 shotting trash, and the damage boost for Sweep, since everything is practically on its ass the whole time anyway, save bosses and mechs. The extra hit points and defense is also nice. There are plenty of other good options though. My medallion choice is not mandatory for the build to function. In fact the only mandatory item is Pym's. Without it, you'd have to choose a basic attack, which frankly, damage wise, falls flat in comparison.
Triple Strike is practically worthless now for single targets. Club Throw/Club Sweep outdamages it by a pretty healthy margin despite the double damage bonus from the final hit.
Only 1 in Opening Lunge here. I really only use it to clear trash fast because the hit radius is so large, and for its superior mobility compared to Action Roll. 1 is plenty for white mobs. If you actually are using this skill to take out elites, you're doing it wrong. Yeah, it has a healthy radius, but it is less significantly less damage, and not nearly as fast as spamming Club Sweep.
Get some regeneration on kills from your gear, or an insignia with on-hit regen, and you're pretty set.
Can't get on-hit from regular gear. It's all constrained to basic attacks only. Plenty of ways to circumvent that idiotically inhibiting affix. Starstone Tooth, Super Soldier Serum, Grim Reaper or Sabertooth Medallions etc.
