I currently roll with a combination of crit + crit dmg affixes. I pretty much take whichever, in any combo because I can't afford to spend the credits to reroll for perfects constantly.
In the early days of World War II, a covert military experiment turned Steve Rogers into America's first super-soldier: Captain America.Marvel Source
During the war, Cap served as a symbol of freedom and America's most effective special operative. In the closing days of the war, Captain America disappeared in an explosion over the North Atlantic and was presumed dead.
Decades later, his body was discovered trapped in ice, preserved in a state of suspended animation! Upon his revival, Captain America joined the Avengers and once again took up the heroic battle against evil.

What affixes are you currently rolling and what do you think would be best to min/max?
The basic attack of choice for this build is Opening Strike. For affixes, any combination of crit + crit dmg affixes is fine. Attack speed is also acceptable, but you can get enough from gear/shouts that you probably won't need to affix it to your costume. Penetration should be useful with this build, but from what I understand it is currently broken.
Personally, I have no trouble surviving with 10 points in QB, even in cows and T3 reds. I use the remaining 20 points in Shield Bounce, just for fun. But If you're having trouble, then just finish filling out QB and add some defensive prowess.
One point is used in Shield Bash to stun bosses out of heal animations.
This is a hard and fast hitting Cap that crits for about 2400 with opening strike. With Cap's ability to stay in any bosses face, the super baddies don't last long. He's still more than durable enough for group play, and since crit damage isn't nerfed in groups, he can actually help provide an acceptable amount of offense.

As some anal guy on the forums pointed out, leaping strike and some other abilities don't actually ever reach 20 available points at max level. I understand that, and so does everyone else. But, I (like everyone else on MB), move the calculator to "20" to show to max said skill.
