In the beginning you do not need more mana. but no cares, you only have to pay to reset your build
I tried this one http://arche-base.com/builds/edit/12964#7.8.9/HCa13PP1jh0s , during the Russian release. I played it with a friend but never alone. So I can't recommend it to you. (I prefried the "reaper, Demonologist and daggerspell" more my style). But I'm sure you can find better thinking spellsinger build on arche-base.
